Weifang's Financial Bureau has published the first batch of its enterprise IPO 'Whitelist', and Shandong Bainong Sida Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was selected among the 65 enterprises based on consistent growth, sound corporate governance, and a clear listing plan.
The whitelist program is Weifang's initiative to help enterprises access multi-level capital markets. Selected companies receive green-channel services including listing guidance, policy consultation, and financing support.
BNSD held its IPO project signing ceremony in August 2025, officially launching the listing process. This whitelist selection marks government-level recognition of the company's IPO readiness.
