Four days to go: BNSD will exhibit at the 20th Southwest Agricultural Inputs Expo and the 15th Southwest Seed Expo, August 25-26, 2023 at the Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center (Halls 9, 10, 11 and 12, third floor), Huanhu East Road, Guandu District, Kunming — Metro Line 5, Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center Station, Exit D.

The organizing committees have issued an exhibitor manual covering registration, move-in, move-out and safety rules: - Exhibitors should safeguard personal belongings and exhibits amid heavy visitor traffic. - Booth balances unpaid by August 10 prevent registration for the fair. - Exhibitors must report and set up on time; booths not claimed by the end of the move-in period without a reasonable explanation may be reassigned, with paid fees non-refundable. - High-power loudspeakers and audio equipment are banned on site, as are signage inside the halls and distributing materials outside one's own booth. - Booths must be completed within the allotted time, with overtime charges payable to the venue.

Standard booths measure 3 m x 3 m x 2.5 m high; the height limit for custom-built stands is 4.5 m. - Move-in procedure: enter through the South Gate, take the escalator to the third floor, register at the organizing committee office in the Hall 9 vestibule, collect the exhibitor badge, then obtain a truck pass at Gate 2 before moving in.

Truck passes cost RMB 50 per vehicle per trip plus a RMB 300 deposit, with 120 minutes of free unloading and a charge of RMB 50 per 60 minutes thereafter (deducted from the deposit, periods under 60 minutes counted as 60). Vehicles under seven seats pay no pass fee but a RMB 300 deposit, with 30 minutes of free unloading and RMB 50 per 30 minutes thereafter.

All vehicles should leave the hall and unloading area promptly after unloading to reclaim deposits and avoid overtime charges.

Badges issued include work, exhibitor, visitor, VIP, international buyer, media and construction passes. Exhibitors register on August 23-24, 8:30-17:00, at the service desk in the Hall 9 vestibule, presenting their company name or two identical business cards. Fees not paid in full before August 10 will prevent registration procedures.
