Speaking at the ceremony, Liu Ke, Chairman of Shandong Bainong Sida Biotechnology Co., Ltd., said that since its founding in 2003 the company has stayed on the basic course of R&D and innovation, serving the building of modern agriculture through real-economy manufacturing. To date, the company has made notable achievements in several areas.
First, strong innovation and R&D capability: the company holds 46 pesticide registration certificates in its own name, with another 68 applications pending, plus 63 invention patents.
Second, a rich product portfolio covering insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, water-soluble fertilizers, biological specialty fertilizers and pesticide-fertilizer combinations, with several best-selling products occupying a dominant position in the domestic market.
Third, brand influence at the forefront of the industry: named among the national Top 100 formulation enterprises in 2024 and the Top 50 (sales above RMB 150 million) in 2025, with many products certified by CCPIA as "Green Development High-Quality Pesticide Products".
Fourth, continuously strengthening production and smart-manufacturing capability: in 2025 the company built the new "water-dispersible granule (WDG) digitalized standalone workshop" and the "Sida Guard pesticide-fertilizer workshop", with the digitalized workshop achieving a remarkable annual capacity of 8,000 tonnes of high-quality water-dispersible granules.
