The company's new campus has been completed and commissioned. BNSD Group invested RMB 50 million in the Donghong Bokai Industrial Park to build 30,000 square meters of modern production workshops and a 30,000-square-meter warehouse, equipped with 20 fully automated production lines and 40 bag-packing machines, achieving an annual capacity of 90,000 tonnes.
The company applies a modern production management model with on-site 6S management, using color blocks to demarcate production areas and balance internal logistics. 6S management is a vital element of factory management, covering sort, set in order, clean, cleanliness inspection and discipline.
Beyond this, the company is considering the following aspects to further advance and refine 6S management:
