Shandong BNSD Biotechnology Co., Ltd. recognized as a "Shandong Province SME Innovation R&D Center"
The Shandong Provincial Light Industry Collective Enterprises Association recently issued the Notice on Announcing the 2023 List of Shandong Province SME Innovation R&D Centers, under which the Innovation R&D Center for Low-Residue, Broad-Spectrum, Green and Environmentally Friendly Pesticides of Shandong BNSD Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was recognized as a "provincial SME innovation R&D center".
Pursuant to the Evaluation and Administration Measures for Shandong Province SME Innovation R&D Centers (Interim) and the Notice on Organizing the 2023 Application for Shandong Province SME Innovation R&D Centers (Lu Qinglian Qi [2023] No. 34), the provincial association organized the recognition exercise.
Through enterprise application, formal review, expert evaluation and public online disclosure, 238 provincial SME innovation R&D centers were accredited, including the carbon black innovation R&D center of Shuoyuan New Materials.
In recent years, the provincial association, SME service agencies in cities and counties, and industry associations have steadily built a tiered cultivation system for science and technology innovation, run training programs to raise R&D and innovation capacity, invited experts to interpret policies and coach applicants, and encouraged and guided enterprises to build innovation platforms.
The innovation R&D centers selected this time all have sound technological innovation mechanisms and rank among the industry leaders in R&D spending, number of R&D personnel and invention patents. They hold core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, stand at the industry's forefront in technology R&D, industry-university-research cooperation and the cultivation of innovative talent, and are capable of high-level technological innovation activities.
Inclusion in the 2023 list of Shandong Province SME Innovation R&D Centers is recognition by the relevant government authorities of Shandong BNSD Biotechnology Co., Ltd.'s R&D and innovation capability, and a driving force for the company's high-quality development. As an enterprise that actively responds to national policy and pursues independent R&D, BNSD solemnly pledges to become a core national innovation force, and will do its utmost to advance scientific and technological progress and contribute to social development.
The recognition adds to a string of recent milestones: BNSD held an industry-university-research cooperation exchange meeting with the College of Environmental Science and Engineering of Qingdao University, was named in the 2023 Top 100 for formulation sales in China's pesticide industry, and has entered a 17-day countdown to the 2023 20th Southwest Agro-inputs Expo and the 15th Southwest Seed Expo, where it looks forward to welcoming visitors.
