Shandong Bainong Sida Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (BNSD) is collaborating with the Institute of Plant Protection, China Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS-IPP), on environment-responsive controlled-release pesticide formulation technology. Multiple related patents have been granted.
The collaboration focuses on nano-pesticides and controlled-release formulations — encapsulating active ingredients in polymer or inorganic carriers for precision release, extending efficacy, reducing application frequency and environmental residue. The technology is already deployed in BNSD's Bangnonda product line.
Beyond controlled-release technology, BNSD holds multiple invention patents for pesticide formulations and maintains long-term partnerships with Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Nankai University, and Shandong Agricultural University.
